Activity groups
Members can also take advantage of two activity groups
- Movement Sessions
- Physiotherapy Sessions
We have also just started weekly Hydrotherapy sessions. These consist of exercises in a warm water pool and are proving to be of great benefit to those with stiffness or rigidity or balance problems. They are provided for anyone with Parkinsons. Contact Barrie Hain to arrange an assessment.
